1. Try Some New Stuff

2. Take It Slowly When Inhaling

It’s crucial to slow down and make sure you’re genuinely inhaling the smoke if you want to achieve a higher high. Try the 4-2-4 count: inhale for 4 seconds, stop for 2 seconds, and then exhale for 4 seconds. Pull the bowl or joint away from your mouth for a second to get some fresh air in your lungs. This will assist in pushing smoke deeper into your lungs.
3. Get That Body Moving Before You Smoke
Go to the gym! Or, at least take a lengthy walk down the hallway, around the block, or maybe go paintballing. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins to help with pain relief, and these endorphins also help to clear your mind and make you feel good afterward. 5. Get Grinding!
Using a grinder to get the most out of your cannabis is a good common practice. Consider what would happen if your microwave cooked your Hot Pocket equally instead of leaving half of it frozen. A grinder that grinds the flower evenly allows for neater packing, uniform burning, and a better high.
Using a grinder will result in a powdery waste called Kief. This is true ultra-concentrated THC residue. This Kief can be sprinkled on top of your bowl for an added kick!
Bonus Tip: Sometimes You Do Need A Break!
We hate to say it, but you may need to stop smoking for a while to allow your body to develop a tolerance. Smoke less and you will feel stronger each time. This is perhaps the most “certain” way to get high when smoking. Limit your smoking to certain days of the week or a specific time period each month.
